Austin & Co Consulting was established by Linda Austin, a highly respected Vocational Education and Training leader with more than 35 years of experience across the TAFE sector, including eight years as Director Educational Delivery. Throughout her career, Linda has built a reputation for strategic leadership, integrity, collaboration and an unwavering commitment to strengthening education, workforce capability and regional communities.

Linda's experience spans executive leadership, educational delivery, teaching and learning excellence, quality and compliance, workforce development, stakeholder engagement and government funded project implementation. She has successfully led large and complex portfolios across multiple locations, managed policy implementation and government-funded initiatives, contributed to strategic planning, implementation of strategic initiatives and operational plans and worked with industry, government, community and education partners to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Most recently, Linda served as Director Educational Delivery at TAFE Gippsland, where she led significant organisational initiatives, supported the development of strategic priorities, oversaw major projects and capital works, and fostered a high-performing, student-centred culture across multiple campuses. She also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, providing leadership and stability during a period of organisational transition.

Known for her practical approach, strong relationship-building skills and ability to bring people together around a shared purpose, Linda helps organisations navigate complexity, build capability and confidently deliver meaningful change. Whether facilitating stakeholder engagement, developing educators, leading strategic projects or supporting workforce development, she brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience to every engagement through a practical, people-centred approach to helping organisations achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
